Aurora HC is dedicated to providing a comprehensive and enriching student-athlete experience that blends high-quality on and off-ice development with elite competition. Our program offers an unparalleled opportunity at an attainable price, designed to help female athletes reach their full potential. To support a balanced lifestyle, our athletes have weekends off during non-showcase events and free weeknight evenings, ensuring ample time for rest and prioritizing their education to complete homework and study. This thoughtful approach allows our players to thrive both academically and athletically.

Training Plan

Daily on-ice development (4-5 practices per week) for a total of 150 hours on-ice 

• Team practices
• Weekly on-ice skill development (skating, puck skills, game sense, technical skill application)
• Weekly goaltender specific training

Daily off-ice training and development totalling more than 100 hours 

• Strength & conditioning (weight training, yoga, spin, etc)
• Weekly off-ice shooting instruction
• Weekly classroom sessions (video review, sport psychology, sports performance, nutrition, etc)

Silent Ice Center is a cutting-edge, state-of-the-art facility that we are proud to call our home for training and development. Featuring:

• 2 NHL size ice rinks
• Fitness center
• Pro hockey room
• Shooting lanes
• Retailer for skate sharpening, profiling & accessories
• Storage for Aurora HC equipment

Silent Ice Sports & Entertainment provides access to professional, high-quality instructors for both on-ice and off-ice training

Competition: Female Super League

League Season: September to February with playoffs in March

8 - 9 regular season showcases (32 regular season games)
